How can I pay?

We accept payments through online and offline bank deposits, mobile payments (GCash & Paymaya). Personal and bank cheques and money order payments require a waiting period before your payment will arrive and can be processed before your order can be shipped.


For payments via bank deposits, use your order number as a reference number when processing your payment. Please notify us via email at dunlopillo.ph@gmail.com when you have made your deposit so we can process your order.

 

What are the shipping companies you use to ship out orders?

Large volumes of items will be sent out through our in-house delivery service, while small items such as pillows and mattress protector can be shipped out through third-party delivery companies, with shipping fee to be shouldered by the customer upon confirmation of payment.

 

When will my order be shipped?

As of now, we are only accepting orders within Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and  Shangri-La Mandaluyong City (within covered areas). Delivery of items usually takes three (3) to five (5) business days. The faster you make your transaction, the faster you receive your order.


You will be able to track your order through our platforms and receive relevant updates on its status via email.


Metal-lite Illuminazione Marketing is not liable to any late delivery, and the delivery time indicated is only based on guidelines. Unforeseen events, such as natural disasters can affect the expected delivery time. We ask for patience in times like this as we will do our best to deliver and update you.


The stated delivery times are only guidelines and Metal-lite Illuminazione Marketing is not liable for any failed deliveries per the said times. Aside from that, uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, can affect your order's delivery time. During these times, please be patient, and we will do our best to update you on your purchase.

 

Do you offer local pick up?

You can pick up your orders from our showroom at Unit 475 level 4 Main Wing Shangri-La Plaza Mall Mandaluyong City. Or you can pick up your orders from our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. All payments should be made through online or bank deposit.

 

I have not received my package yet. What happened?

Do you ship to international buyers?

As of the moment, we only ship within Philippines.

 

Do you drop-ship items?

As of the moment, we only ship locally.

  

Who shoulders the shipping fee?

Shipping is shouldered by Metal-lite if the delivery address is within Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and Shangri-La Mandaluyong City (within covered areas only). For other areas, shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer upon confirmation of payment.

 

Do you drop-ship items?

As of the moment, we do not drop-ship items.

Does a warranty cover your products?

All of our products cover a one-year warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or it was damaged within a year of your purchase, you can bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City. In order to return your product, you must provide the following:

  • Actual product with packaging still intact
  • Sales invoice of the said product

    Can I cancel my order?

    Are the warranties transferable?

    Warranties are non-transferrable.

     

    If a product is replaced, is the warranty extended?

    Warranties are not extended.

     

    What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?

    In case your product/products were damaged during shipping, you may bring it to our office at #516 EDSA Cor. Liberty Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City along with the sales invoice. Please send us an email at dunlopillo.ph@gmail.com and wait for our reply before you return the damaged product/s.

     

    Are items refundable?

    All items are non-refundable.
